Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Tracking information is provided with every order via email once your package has shipped. You can also view your order status and tracking details from your account dashboard.
All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging with appropriate insulation to maintain product integrity during transit. Products are lyophilized and sealed in sterile vials.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
