Thank you for purchasing from PepSocial Labs. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure the integrity of our products.
All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been shipped, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns on research compounds that have left our facility.
Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances only:
- Order not yet shipped: If your order has not yet been dispatched from our facility, you may request a full refund by contacting us before shipment.
- Wrong product received: If you receive an incorrect product that does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us at support@pepsociallabs.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for your refund request
- Photos of the product received (if applicable)
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders that have already been shipped and delivered
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Products that have been opened or used
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
